Thank you for using Settrcom AB's influencer experience and discovery app. By using the App, you agree to these terms of service.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Settrcom AB. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You may not use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful software.
Products made available through the App are provided solely as review or sample material. Receipt of products does not create any obligation for the recipient to publish, post, or otherwise create content.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, or similar charges that may arise in connection with receiving products, gifts, or other benefits through the App, in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
Settrcom AB and any brands associated with the products assume no responsibility or liability for any personal tax obligations incurred by recipients. No employer–employee, contractor, or commercial relationship is created by the receipt of products through the App.
The App and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the App or any of its contents for any commercial purpose without Settrcom AB's express written permission.
The App and all of its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Settrcom AB makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. Settrcom AB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Settrcom AB will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Settrcom AB reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If Settrcom AB makes changes to the Terms, Settrcom AB will post the revised Terms on the App and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to use the App after Settrcom AB posts any changes, you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms and your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Arbitration Institute.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Settrcom AB with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Settrcom AB.
If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:
Launch the app from your device (iOS or Android). If you've saved your login credentials, you should automatically be logged in. Otherwise, enter your username and password manually.
Locate your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on Profile.
In the account or profile page, click on profile details and scroll to the bottom.
Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm your decision. You may be asked to enter your password for security. Note: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
